1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment options to make shopping easier and more flexible:

- 💼 Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- 📲 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select orders

2. Payment Process for Buyers
- Once a buyer places an order, payment is processed securely through our certified payment gateway partners.
- Buyers receive an instant confirmation via email or SMS after successful payment.
- For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected at the time of delivery by our logistics partner.
3. Payment to Sellers
- Sellers receive their earnings on a weekly payout cycle, 7 days after successful delivery and post-return window (as explained in our Seller Payment Policy).
- All applicable fees (commission, taxes, return charges) are deducted before the final payout.
4. Refund Policy
Buyers are eligible for refunds in the following cases:
- The product is returned as per the return/exchange policy
- The order is canceled before shipment
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
Refund Timeline:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days
- COD Orders: Refunded to bank account or wallet (after bank details are submitted) within 7–10 working days
5. Transaction Safety
We use SSL encryption and industry-standard payment gateways to ensure:
- Your card and banking information remains secure
- Fraudulent activity is monitored and blocked
- We never store sensitive card data on our servers
6. Payment Issues or Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails and the money is debited from your account:
- It is usually auto-refunded within 5–7 business days
- If not, please contact your bank or our support team with transaction details
7. GST and Invoice
- Buyers receive a proper tax invoice for every purchase, including GST breakup (if applicable)
- Sellers must ensure GST-compliant billing where required
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
In case of unauthorized payments, failed refunds, or chargebacks:
- Buyers and sellers should first contact our support team
- Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian cyber and consumer protection laws
- We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of investigation
