Note: Only sellers dealing in fashion-related items (apparel, footwear, accessories, etc.) are eligible. Sellers offering electronics, home appliances, or unrelated categories will not be approved.

2. How to Register

Follow these simple steps to register:

  1. Visit the Seller Registration Page on our website
  2. Fill out the registration form with:
    • Personal or business details
    • Contact number and email
    • Pickup address and pincode
  3. Upload mandatory documents (refer to our Seller Documentation Policy)
  4. Submit your product category and sample listings (optional)
  5. Our team will verify the information and activate your account within 48 working hours.

3. Mandatory Requirements

To complete registration, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid PAN card
  • Provide bank details for receiving payments
  • Agree to our Terms & Conditions and platform policies
  • Submit GST details (if applicable based on turnover)

4. Approval & Onboarding

Once verified:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS
  • Your seller dashboard will be activated
  • You can start uploading products and begin selling

Our support team will assist you during onboarding with catalog setup, pricing, and using the platform tools effectively.

5. Registration Rejection Conditions

Your registration may be rejected if:

  • Documents are invalid, incomplete, or forged
  • You attempt to list prohibited or non-fashion items
  • Your identity or business activity cannot be verified
  • You have a history of policy violations on other platforms

In such cases, we will notify you via email with the reason and possible steps for reapplication.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

Even after registration, your account may be suspended or permanently closed if:

  • You sell fake or counterfeit fashion products

We reserve the right to deny access to sellers who do not maintain required standards.
